One Year Olds
Ladybugs delight in discovery, where energetic play and friendship go hand in hand in a safe, colorful space.

The world is an exciting place for one-year-olds, full of new words, movements, and experiences. Our toddler classroom channels that energy into meaningful, joyful learning—fostering early communication, motor skills, growing independence, and budding social connection. Through music, movement, and hands-on exploration, children begin expressing themselves with growing confidence while discovering the world around them in a safe, nurturing environment rooted in curiosity and care.

Ones Curriculum
Our one-year-old classroom is designed for energetic, curious toddlers who are rapidly developing mobility, language skills, and purposeful exploration. With a low 1:5 teacher-to-child ratio, we provide an environment rich in communication and connection—using music, sign language, and interactive storytelling to support both verbal and non-verbal language development. Sensory play and rhythm-based activities promote cognitive growth, while hands-on experiences like play-doh, chunky crayons, and finger painting help strengthen fine motor skills. Children engage in early self-care routines such as hand-washing, tidying, and following simple instructions—building independence and self-trust in joyful, achievable steps. Throughout the day, our nurturing teachers offer consistent guidance, playful structure, and plenty of affection—creating a warm, engaging environment where toddlers feel safe to take risks, explore freely, and grow at their own natural pace.
